Who we are

SUNVUE NZ Ltd ("SUNVUE", "we", "us") designs, fabricates and installs aluminium pergolas, carports, outdoor blinds, awnings and glazing systems. We are based at 116A Maleme Street, Greerton, Tauranga 3112, and serve the Bay of Plenty, Auckland, Waikato and Coromandel regions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information openly and responsibly, in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that we need to respond to you and run our business. This falls into two groups.

Information you give us directly

When you complete our contact or quote-request form, phone us, or email us, we may collect your:

• Your address or the address of the project site (where you provide it)
• The details of your enquiry, project or any message you send us

Information collected automatically

Microsoft 365	Email and business systems — where enquiries from our forms are received and stored.
Resend	Delivers the messages sent through our website contact form to our inbox.
Cloudflare	Hosts our website and provides security and performance services.
Google	Google Analytics and Google Ads, used to measure website and advertising performance.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with comparable protections wherever it is held. We may also disclose information where we are required or authorised to do so by law.

How we store and protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law, and then we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

• Ask us whether we hold personal information about you, and to request access to it
• Ask us to correct that information if it is wrong or out of date
